I've been real busy lately,... with work,... along with fiddling with computers.

The hours seem to really fly by when fiddling with computers...

I really haven't thought of much to say in here lately either. What I've been planning on doing was to put this new recipe that I recently came up with in here,... but I just haven't quite got it perfected yet.

The coarse chopped garlic in the basil pesto that I'm using makes the dish seem a little to gritty like for me.

The recipe is a spinach recipe. I just recently found out that spinach can actually taste real good. I never even bothered to try it all my life because of the looks of it coming out of a can.

But I recently tried a couple spinach meals over at Pomodoro Cucina Italiana Restaurant and both of them were very good. So I decided to try to make the cooked spinach myself at home.

Mine turned out really good too, though a little gritty like,.. which I think I can fix.

I also tried a brussel sprouts dish for the first time in my life not to long ago over at the restaurant,... which was very good also. I also came home and tried to re-create that recipe too.

Mine wasn't as tasty as theirs though. I'm going to work on it again, because I think that I can do better.

I got a tip on the radio the other day about blanching the vegitables,.. and I think that may help with this recipe...

Hey,.. about that 2 strangers and a wedding thing over on KLOS radio,... that was pretty cool how you guys streamed a live video of the wedding on the internet.

I was actually able to watch part of it on my new tablet PC when I was at work.

A wireless connection from some neighbor nearby allowed me to watch it while sitting in my van parked out on the street.
