And for the rest of my day I’m going to,.. take a nap, feed Tiger, check things in facebook, clean up and go to bed.

Depot,.. came home and put away my things,.. cleaned my ice chest,.. read my emails,.. did my daily work notes &
accounting,.. And for the rest of my day I’m going to,.. take a nap, finish a load of laundry, load my Isuzu for work
tomorrow, feed Tiger, check things in facebook, clean up and go to bed.

I took the day off today because I have not been feeling good,.. so today I went to the grocery store and to Wallmart,..
and I worked on setting up my laptop computer to use as my main office computer because my office computer is not
upgradable to windows 11,.. read my emails,.. did my daily accounting,.. finished a load of laundry,.. And for the rest of
my day I’m going to,.. keep working on setting up my laptop, feed Tiger, check things in facebook, clean up and go to bed.

I took the day off today because I have not been feeling good again,.. so today I went to Staples for a new office chair and
I went to Smart & Final, Carls Jr.,.. came home and built my new office chair and worked on getting my laptop dialed in
and backed up for using as my main computer,.. read my emails,.. did my daily accounting,.. And for the rest of my day
I’m going to,.. keep working on my computer, feed Tiger, check things in facebook, clean up and go to bed.
Fasting…. I go without eating & drinking from January to November every year. I don’t even call it fasting anymore. It’s my
life. My lifestyle. And it’s been easy up until this year in September. Finally need showed itself and took about 25 pounds
off me in a matter of days. I’ve got so weak that I can hardly work. So I’ve been taking a little time to recooperate.

office chair and stapled it back together without headrest,.. painted some flashing on the front & side of my house,.. read

Today I put a second coat of paint on my lower front fascia boards,.. removed things from my Vans and had them
proffesionally cleaned,.. tried out my new Fritaire Air Fryer with french fries,.. did some cleaning,.. read my emails,.. did
