Today I made some pizza sauce,.. worked on updating this web site for the new year,.. vacuumed my office,.. read my
emails,… did my accounting,.. and for the rest of my day I’m going to maybe work on some more end of the year office
work, check things in facebook, feed Tiger, clean up and go to bed.
That’s about it for my Thursday.

Today I went to Stater Brothers, Lowe’s and Food 4 Less,.. waited on the phone for about an hour so I could order some
parts for my toilet,.. finished a load of laundry,.. practiced making pizzas,.. read my emails,… and for the rest of my day
I’m going to check things in facebook, feed Tiger, clean up and go to bed.
That’s about it for my Friday.

Today I went to Walmart for a few things,.. then did a lot of nothing really around home,.. read my emails,… looked at
posts in facebook,.. and for the rest of my day I’m going to check things in facebook, feed Tiger, clean up and go to bed.

Today I did some organizing & cleaning,.. finished a load of laundry,.. made some pizza sauce,.. practiced making pizza,
tried a pan pizza today with Al Taglio 80% hydration dough and it turned out good surprisingly (kind of a funky dough to
work with),.. read my emails,… looked at posts in facebook,.. and for the rest of my day I’m going to check things in
facebook, maybe do some sewing, feed Tiger, clean up and go to bed.
That’s about it for my Sunday.

Today I went to Home Depot & Lowe’s,.. worked on mending pants,.. did some organizing in my shed,.. loaded my Isuzu

Today I took my Isuzu Van in to have it serviced and for some new tires,.. finished mending some pants,.. practiced

Van from the shop, finish a load of laundry, feed Tiger, clean up and go to bed.

Today I made up a Poolish for a pizza dough,.. worked on cleaning & organizing at my house,.. took the trash out to the
curb,.. had a delivery that I had to sign for,.. made a new metal threshold for my shed,.. read my emails,… and for the rest
of my day I’m going to probably unbox my new office computer and get familiar with it, feed Tiger, clean up and go to bed.
