Today I worked at a house in Redlands, CA, painting stucco,.. and I went to a Donut shop,.. came home and put away my
things,.. filled the coffee pot,.. cleaned my ice chest,.. read my emails,.. did my daily work notes & accounting,.. and for
the rest of my day I’m going to maybe get more familiar with a new serger sewing machine, clean up and go to bed.

the past 3 years or so. And they have a lot of interesting things in there now. I’ve been captivated for the past 4 days with
it. So here I am on Friday, Dec. 27th writing this out because I forgot all about coming here. And I read my emails and
went to bed from what I can remember.

I’m on Christmas Vacation till late January right now. So today I made up my Calendars for 2025,.. made up a pizza
dough,.. worked on sewing projects,.. finished a load of laundry,.. read my emails,.. fed Tiger,.. cooked some roasted
potatoes and brought in the Trash cans.
I got a pizza oven for Christmas, so I’m going to learn a little more about making pizzas.

Today I made pizza sauce & garlic oil. I have a book called The Pizza Bible that I’m working with. I’ve liked the book.
Tomorrow I’ll make a couple of his pizzas and see how they turn out. Also today I worked on sewing projects,.. read my
emails,.. payed some bills and did my accounting,.. and for the rest of my day I’ll probably just work on sewing projects,
feed Tiger, clean up and go to bed.

Today I cooked a couple pizzas,.. worked on sewing projects and some office work,.. read my emails,.. fed Tiger,.. and
read posts in facebook.
My Pizzas turned out good. My new pizza oven cooked these pizzas fast and near perfect. I did not make a favorite pizza
today. The dough and the way it cooked was good, cheese could be better, but its the sauces that were not good enough
for me.

Today I installed an attic type fan in my shed area for my office,.. went to the grocery store,.. and cooked another pizza.
This time the cheeses were more tasty by adding smoked provolone, but I didn’t get the sauce right. I added red wine to
try to bring out the taste in the tomatoes and it helped. With these pizzas I’m going for an italian tasting tomatoe sauce
that is not sweet. And for the rest of my day I’m going to read my emails,.. maybe do some sewing, clean up and go to
bed.
