I’m off for the weekend,.. so today I went to a bunch of grocery stores and to Panera Bread,.. made some pizza dough and
sauce to try out tomorrow in a thin & crispy style pizza,.. took some tires off an old air compressor, cleaned the rims and
painted them,.. read my emails,.. did my daily accounting,.. and for the rest of my day I’m going to maybe go see a friend
who is sick, check things in facebook, clean up and go to bed.

Today I went and visited a friend,.. went to the grocery store,.. finished a load of laundry,.. practiced making pizza,
Chicago Tavern style thin crispy crust, it turned out good, cooked crisp like it should this time, using a pizza steel in my
home oven,.. and I read my emails,.. did my daily accounting,.. and for the rest of my day I’m going to visit with another
friend that is coming over to my house, check things in facebook, clean up and go to bed.
That’s about it for my Sunday.

I took the day off today because I didn’t like the looks of the weather for outside work,.. so today I went to Stater
Brothers,.. cooked a batch of copycat Panera breads cheese broccoli soup,.. went and got some new tires for an old tag
along air compressor,.. came home and installed them,.. read my emails,.. did my daily accounting,.. finished a load of
laundry,.. and for the rest of my day I’m going to check things in facebook, clean up and go to bed.

I have today and the weekend off,.. so today I went to Stater Brothers & Food 4 less,.. put a clear coat on a little table for
my kitchen and finished it,.. practiced making muffin tops. Panera Bread and Thomas’s English muffins makes them, the
ones at Panera Bread just have a a perfect sweetness and flavor to them, and Thomas’s are almost the same, just a little
sweeter. I came close on my second batch. They are Chocolate chip muffin tops… And I read my emails,.. sprayed the
weeds in my yard,.. did my daily accounting,.. and for the rest of my day I’m going to finish a load of laundry, check things
in facebook, clean up and go to bed.

Today I went to Stater Brothers,.. made New Haven style pizza dough,.. was able to adjust my muffin tops recipe and
make a batch that taste very close to the one’s Panera Bread makes,.. worked on mending shirts & pants,.. read my
emails,.. did my daily accounting,.. and for the rest of my day I’m going to check things in facebook, clean up and go to
bed.
A little something from my original couch writing days,.. I learned how to make my own underwear back then around the
year 1999, and I made so many of them, that I haven’t had to make underwear since then.

and it was good, think I prefer the more thin crusts that I got with a tonda dough and the Chicago tavern style,.. and I
